Hop On Stages vs SpeakerFlow

SpeakerFlow builds CRM and business systems for speakers, and says plainly that it is not a coaching company, agency or bureau. Hop On Stages runs done-for-you outreach that creates new conversations with event organizers. One organizes the pipeline; the other fills it.

What actually matters

Systems vs pipeline

A CRM is a container. It makes sure no inquiry falls through the cracks, that follow-ups go out on time, and that contracts and invoices are tracked. If you already get a steady stream of inquiries and lose some of them to chaos, SpeakerFlow solves a real problem.

But a container does not fill itself. If your calendar is thin because not enough planners know you exist, a better CRM will not change that. Outreach does. We research events that fit your topic and fee, find the person who books speakers, and pitch you with your reel.

Order of operations

If you have to pick one, ask which problem costs you more right now. Speakers who are losing deals they already have should fix systems first. Speakers who do not have enough deals should fix pipeline first. Once outreach is producing replies, a proper CRM becomes more valuable, because there is more to track.

Cost structure

SpeakerFlow publishes its setup tiers: $3,000 plus $99/month per user for Power Up, $6,000 one time for Flow Zone, and $10,000 for Flow Zone+. Our outreach is a separate engagement quoted on your goals. Neither takes a commission on your speaking fees.

What planners see

Neither a CRM nor outreach changes the video a planner watches. That is where the booking decision usually happens. We make speaker reels as our core service, so every pitch we send links to something built to close.

What SpeakerFlow is

SpeakerFlow builds CRM and business systems specifically for professional speakers, and its pricing page offers setup tiers from a guided build to done-for-you implementation. It says it is not a coaching company, speaker agency or bureau. It is a purpose-built tool for running the business side of speaking, and a good one to consider once you have a pipeline worth organizing.

Using both

This is the most complementary pairing on our comparison pages: outreach brings in conversations, and a CRM keeps track of them. Replies from our campaigns go to you, so they can land in whatever CRM you use.

Which one should you choose?

SpeakerFlow is the better choice if

  • You already get regular inquiries and lose track of some
  • Your contracts, invoices and follow-ups live in too many places
  • You have a team and need shared systems
  • You want a CRM built for speakers rather than a generic one

Hop On Stages is the better choice if

  • You do not have enough inquiries to organize
  • You want new conversations with event decision-makers
  • You want your reel rebuilt before it goes out in pitches
  • You want someone else to do the prospecting
