What actually matters
Do you need new footage?
This decides most of it. Cicospace's services are built around production: filming your keynote, building a production theater, or staging a simulated stage session. If you have no usable footage, or your footage is years old and no longer reflects your talk, a production house solves a real problem. If you already have recordings from real events, you are paying for a shoot you do not need. Hop On Stages edits what exists, and can arrange a custom-quoted shoot (our own or a local crew) when it does not; Cicospace's production theaters and simulated stages are a deeper production offer than that. Most speakers have more usable material than they think: a conference's own livestream, a breakout recorded on a phone, a podcast interview on video.
Long-form vs tight
Cicospace's demo reels run long, roughly 4 to 6.5 minutes in the examples on its site. Long reels give a planner a fuller sense of your keynote and suit bureau pages where a buyer is already interested. Our reels are built to the story and typically land between 2 and 5 minutes: Keith Ferrazzi's is 2:10, Mike Domitrz's is 4:54. Most planners decide in the first 30 to 60 seconds whether to keep watching, so whichever length you choose, the opening has to earn the rest. See how long a speaker reel should be.
Real audiences vs staged stages
Simulated stages and production theaters produce beautiful, controlled footage, and Cicospace is open about offering them. Some planners are wary of staged audiences, and planner-side publications have warned about reels that look staged. That does not make staged footage wrong; it makes it something to use carefully. A good approach is to mix staged shots with real event footage and never imply a crowd that was not there. Ask any studio how it labels staged material. Our reels are edited from your recordings of real talks, event clips and interviews.
Price visibility
Cicospace does not publish prices; you book a call. Filmed production generally costs more than editing alone, because a crew, cameras and a day on set are involved. Published filmed packages from other studios run from $2,500 (Bondars Video's entry tier) to CAD $6,150 (Speakers Reels) and up. Our price is $3,000 flat, 50% to begin, 50% on completion.
What Cicospace is
Cicospace describes itself as a leading production house for keynote speakers and thought leaders, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Its services are demo reels, keynote filming, event sizzles, production theaters and simulated stages, and it says it has worked with 300+ keynote speakers. In August 2025 it added speaker coaching with Eric Termuende. Speakers featured on its site include Paul Epstein, Joan Lunden, Heather Younger, Eric Termuende and Laura Putnam. Its keynote-only focus and full production capability make it a strong choice when you need footage made, not just cut.
